Red Thai coconut sauce

Just add your fish or meat to the pan to cook and just before its ready add the sauce. Bring slowly to the boil and add your favourite sides to create a meal the whole family will enjoy.

Reheating instructions

Add your sauce to your pan and reheat
Pan fry or oven roast your fish
If pan frying – just add the sauce to heat up with the fish in the pan just before the fish finishes cooking
– if oven roasting just heat through the sauce on the hob and pour on our fish
